Sample Recipe
Peanut Butter Pie
- 4 oz. package softened cream cheese (regular or reduced fat)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 8 oz. peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
- 8 oz. whipped topping (thawed)
- 9 inch chocolate cookie crumb crust
- Optional: additional whipped topping to cover pie
Beat together honey and cream cheese until well mixed. Stir in peanut butter and mix well. Gently fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
Optional - cover pie with whipped topping.
Chill 4 hours or overnight.
